How do you handle messages sent to alternate contacts?

When you create a listing with an alternate contact, we forward all inquiries about the listing directly to the alternate contact’s email address. 

You can see all messages forwarded to your alternate contacts by clicking on the Mail icon at the top of the page and then clicking on Alternate Contacts Inbox.
