I have sent several inquiries about a listing and I'm not getting a response. What can I do about it?

Unfortunately, this is not uncommon. Sometimes the reasons are benign. For example, our emails to the member are being routed to their spam folder. And sometimes it’s just rudeness - they are ignoring you because the deal is no longer available or they think you're a poor prospect.
