I’m not getting your emails. How do I fix this?

Make sure that email forwarding is turned on for direct messages. Go here to do this: https://dealstream.com/email

And check your spam folder. The messages may be going there.

If our messages are being delivered to your spam folder, do the following:

  1. Find one our emails in your spam folder and click on the “Not Spam” link (if there is one). 
  2. If that doesn’t work, contact your email service provider and ask them to whitelist DealStream.com. 
  3. As a last resort follow this link to contact us: https://kb.dealstream.com/contact-us We may need to  contact our email service provider and ask them to remove you from their blocked list.

Please do not report us for spam because it's very hard to undo. If you simply want to reduce the volume of email from us, change your preferences. Follow this link to do this: https://dealstream.com/email.
