I’m not getting your emails. How do I fix this?

If you did not receive the email, check your spam folder. If the test email is in your spam folder, do the following:

  1. Click on the “Not Spam” link (if there is one). 
  2. Add these email addresses to your contact list: alerts@dealstream.com and notifications@dealstream.com

If the test email is not in your spam folder, it may be on our suppression list. We can check this for you. Follow this link to contact us: https://dealstream.com/kb/contact-us

Please do not report us for spam because it's very hard to undo. If you simply want to reduce the volume of email from us, change your preferences. Follow this link to do this: https://dealstream.com/email.
